Salary: $120,000 - $165,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop conceptual, analytical, and numerical groundwater models for environmental impact assessments, permitting, and remediation projects.
• Act as a Hydrogeology Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing technical input to projects across the organization.
• Conduct, interpret, and report on hydrogeological and water studies, including aquifer tests and spatial analysis.
• Liaise with clients and government regulators to achieve multidisciplinary project goals.
• Drive business growth by leading proposal development, scope definition, and client presentations.
• Mentor and provide technical training to junior and intermediate team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or Engineering (Master’s or Doctorate preferred).
• 7-9 years of relevant experience in mining or environmental consulting with success in groundwater modelling.
• Proficiency with hydrogeological modelling software such as FEFLOW or MODFLOW.
• P.Geo. or P.Eng. accreditation or eligibility.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder interaction.
