What you will do

• Plan and track quarterly goals for the hardware systems applications team.
• Define team inputs, outputs, and internal processes to ensure consistent execution.
• Manage resource planning, staffing, and training needs for the team.
• Develop cross-functional workflows between software, product, and hardware engineering teams.
• Maintain and track real-time metrics regarding product hardware health and performance.
• Communicate team deliverables and fleet metrics to leadership on a weekly basis.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience managing direct reports, including remote or offsite personnel.
• 10+ years of experience in the Automotive Engineering field, specifically with sustaining engineering of fielded products.
• 10+ years of experience developing RASICs, process definitions, and workflow definitions.
• Expertise in JIRA for issue management, custom reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Ability to travel up to 30% to various engineering and operations sites.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience using AI tools and agents to expedite workflow execution.
• Experience using data analytics platforms like Mode or Holistics for enterprise-level metrics.
