Salary: €58,500–€66,000 gross per year (fixed annual salary range for full-time contract) + shift allowance

What you will do

• Provide first-line troubleshooting support for Factory and Field Integration activities during your shift.
• Independently solve technical issues through troubleshooting and problem analysis; create action plans for others to execute fixes.
• Support delicate/complex hardware actions to decrease hard down time, especially during unsupported night shifts.
• Coach and guide execution teams and QRT engineers to strengthen solving power and technical capability.
• Drive continuous improvements in your Natural Team via KT trainings, process adherence, and thorough aftercare focused on cycle time reduction.
• Interface with multiple internal departments during escalations and support team leads with technical decision-making.

Requirements

• Technical vocational degree with several years of experience, or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a technical area.
• Above-average troubleshooting skills and strong interest in technical problem solving.
• Technical knowledge of hirify.global DUV systems.
• Fluent English (vocal and technical), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a 5-shift schedule and be present on the shop floor.
• Legally authorized to access controlled technology under the US Export Administration Regulations before starting work.
