What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of planning and engineering professionals to achieve operational and business objectives.
• Act as the primary interface between Business Line (BL) customers and the manufacturing site for sample requests, priorities, risks, and escalations.
• Coordinate engineering sample build execution from request intake through shipment and completion.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Planning, Production, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth sample build operations.
• Monitor progress, identify risks proactively, implement mitigation plans, and prevent schedule delays.
• Track and report KPIs (on-time delivery, cycle time, customer satisfaction, execution effectiveness) and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• 7–15 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, NPI, engineering sample operations, production planning, or project management.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience managing technical or cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, qualification requirements, and product lifecycle management.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with risk assessment, problem-solving, and escalation management; knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma/8D/FMEA/Kaizen is an advantage.
