What you will do

• Create and maintain integrated project plans, tracking key milestones for technology-driven development projects.
• Secure material availability by managing Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical product drawings.
• Conduct logistics risk analyses and implement buffer or last-time buy strategies.
• Execute technical release procedures and Factory Integration Testing (FIT) to prevent factory downtime.
• Manage escalations across suppliers, factories, and engineering to resolve bottlenecks and root-cause issues.
• Align implementation plans for engineering changes while safeguarding cost, quality, and timing.

Requirements

• MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain/Logistics.
• Up to 7 years of experience in planning, logistics, and quality within a high-tech, low-volume environment.
• Experience in project management related to supply chain engineering or new product logistics.
• Proven ability to drive process development and continuous improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.

• Experience with ramping up new products (NPI).
