Location: Dunboyne, Ireland. Around 60% of working time spent at customer sites; flexible home-working hours available.

Salary: €47,500 – €50,000

What you will do

• Support large and medium industrial bakeries/patisseries across Ireland with high-end technical advice.
• Co-create tailored solutions to meet customer needs and oversee the implementation of products and concepts.
• Lead projects to deploy existing and new products (NPD) at customer production facilities.
• Identify and manage new business opportunities and risks to support sales targets.
• Collaborate with Technical, Marketing, and Sales teams using CRM and PowerBI analytics.
• Maintain deep knowledge of baking trends and the hirify.global product portfolio.

Requirements

• Degree relevant to bakery, confectionery, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience working within an industrial bakery environment.
• Strong understanding of patisserie automation, analytical techniques, and NPD processes.
• Fluent English (verbal and written) with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally and occasionally internationally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP tools.
