What you will do

• Administer methadone to patients according to physician orders.
• Assess patient appropriateness for daily dosing.
• Maintain accurate patient dosing records and medication inventory.
• Report and document medication discrepancies to nursing and program leadership.
• Participate in weekly treatment team meetings and communicate patient progress.
• Train new nursing staff and maintain medical supply inventories.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid LPN/LVN or RN license in the state of Colorado.
• Must be CPR and First Aid certified.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in data entry and basic computing.
• Experience in chemical addiction treatment is preferred.
