What you will do

• Administer methadone as prescribed and maintain accurate medication inventory and dosing records.
• Conduct ongoing health assessments to identify patient needs, behaviors, and barriers to care.
• Collaborate with medical directors and counselors to integrate medical and substance use treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on addiction recovery, treatment options, and community resources.
• Ensure full compliance with DEA, federal, state, and accrediting agency standards.
• Participate in weekly treatment team meetings and coordinate with pharmacies and labs.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Rhode Island required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in chemical addiction or substance abuse treatment preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry and basic medical equipment operation.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure medical office environment.
