What you will do

• Lead payment transformation initiatives from inception to launch, including participation in new payment rails and expansion of payment capabilities.
• Own the full product lifecycle: ideation, strategy, design, launch, and ongoing enhancements with embedded risk management.
• Act as a subject matter expert across the global payments ecosystem, covering domestic and cross-border solutions.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to commercialize new products and keep offerings competitive.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Risk, Product, Sales, and Servicing to deliver in-house solutions and incorporate client feedback.
• Monitor product performance and client feedback to drive continuous improvements to the payments experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a payments-related role.
• Experience as a payments product manager or in a payments product development team.
• Experience implementing payment rails (e.g., CHIPS, Fedwire, Target2) or other payments products.
• Knowledge of payment rails such as SWIFT, Fedwire, ACH, SEPA, BACS, Target2.
• Experience delivering in agile project development and partnering effectively with operations and engineering teams.
• Ability to manage end-to-end product ownership from ideation through commercialization; experience maintaining requirements in JIRA and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Expertise in ISO 20022 and SWIFT standards across payments and cash management domains.
• Detailed knowledge of domestic and international payment rails.
