Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain, with the opportunity to work remotely for up to three weeks a year.

What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner to product, engineering, data, and UX research to define strategy and shape the roadmap for complex initiatives.
• Define the long-term user experience vision and strategy, leading the entire design process from concept through high-fidelity implementation.
• Collaborate with UX leadership to ensure consistency, quality, and cohesion of design practices across the organization.
• Lead and influence product decisions based on qualitative and quantitative insights to drive measurable impact.
• Demonstrate excellence in interaction, visual design, and prototyping, and architect new design patterns.
• Mentor and support junior to senior design contributors, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with user interfaces, interaction paradigms, and visual design patterns.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your process, problem-solving, and design leadership on past initiatives.
• Proven experience working with qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making and drive design roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of accessibility best practices and operating system (iOS/Android/Web) standards and guidelines.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, capable of influencing stakeholders.
• Ability to think through complex problems, architect design frameworks, and operate effectively in ambiguity.
