Product Designer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design end-to-end product experiences from concept through production.
• Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished interfaces.
• Design experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial products.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI components.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement designs accurately across mobile and web.
• Improve usability, accessibility, interactions, and product quality using product data and user feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and excellent visual design; portfolio submission is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping.
• Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, responsive design, information architecture, and user flows.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences and explain design decisions clearly.
• Strong English communication is required, and candidates must already be based in Australia.

Nice to have

• Experience with FigJam, Auto Layout, and scalable component libraries.
