What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process, from initial concept to final execution.
• Translate complex customer needs into engaging, intuitive user interfaces.
• Develop user cases, scenarios, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Creative Directors on research and design strategy.
• Implement design elements using the ShadCN library and maintain design documentation.
• Create visual assets and establish clear design guidelines for development.

Requirements

• Strong experience in UX/UI design or product design.
• Strategic approach to design, prioritizing usability, accessibility, and business impact.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems.
• Experience with user research, journey mapping, and data-informed decision-making.
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout.
• English: Proficient copywriting skills required.
