Location: Must be based in or able to work from New York or San Francisco offices
Salary: $120,000 - $145,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Lead the full services sales cycle, from opportunity identification and discovery to SOW negotiation and contracting.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CX, IT, and Operations leaders, guiding them through the PRISM delivery methodology.
- Translate complex customer requirements into commercially sound proposals and statements of work.
- Collaborate with internal teams and the partner ecosystem to ensure successful, scalable AI agent deployments.
- Manage executive business reviews and steering committees to connect delivery progress to customer KPIs.
- Develop repeatable assets, frameworks, and pricing models to refine the professional services practice.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in selling or scoping professional services within AI-native or enterprise software companies.
- Proven track record in writing SOWs and navigating enterprise procurement, including MSAs and multi-stakeholder legal reviews.
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of services margins, attach rates, and software expansion drivers.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at the C-suite and VP level.
- Must be willing to travel up to 50% for client engagements.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA (E-Verify employer).
Nice to have
- Experience with conversational AI, CCaaS platforms (Genesys, NICE, Five9), or CX transformation programs.
- Familiarity with agentic AI concepts like LLMs, prompt engineering, and tool use.
- Background in enterprise platforms such as Salesforce Service Cloud, SAP, or ServiceNow.
- Project or program management certifications (PMP, Scrum, SAFe).
