Physical Design Engineer

What you will do

• Implement SoC designs from RTL to GDS using industry-standard tools.
• Perform integration QA for Foundational IP to ensure stringent quality requirements.
• Develop scripts and automation for physical design and debug flows.
• Run internal IP QA flows and create new IP-level quality checks.
• Collaborate with EDA tool vendors and internal development teams to debug issues.
• Apply data analytics and AI/ML techniques to improve process coverage and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
• Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work on-site in Penang, Malaysia as part of a hybrid model.
