What you will do

• Lead initiatives to improve equipment availability, reliability, and OEE to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and production disruptions.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for long-term equipment sustainability.
• Manage equipment qualifications, upgrades, technology transfers, and new installations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process optimization, yield improvement, and cost reduction.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers and technicians on equipment engineering standards.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in equipment engineering within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in equipment troubleshooting and reliability engineering.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis methodologies such as 8D, Fishbone, FMEA, or DMAIC.
• Experience with automation systems, PLCs, sensors, motion control, or industrial equipment controls.
• Ability to analyze equipment performance data and implement sustainable solutions.
• Strong track record of driving OEE, uptime, and productivity improvement projects.
