What you will do

• Lead equipment improvement and optimization projects to enhance machine performance.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify and implement enhancement opportunities.
• Drive machine upgrades, modifications, and automation initiatives.
• Conduct DOE and capability studies to optimize process and equipment performance.
• Improve OEE, throughput, and overall manufacturing efficiency.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment or manufacturing engineering.
• Proven experience in equipment performance improvement and optimization projects.
• Strong knowledge of DOE, SPC, FMEA, and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Experience leading engineering improvement projects and collaborating across functions.

Nice to have

• Experience with NexDaca equipment.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Knowledge of automation, robotics, machine vision, or Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Experience managing CAPEX or equipment upgrade projects.
