What you will do

• Maintain detailed cost reports for all live projects across the Brand Studio and Events teams in EMEA and APAC.
• Manage the procurement process by raising POs and onboarding new vendors.
• Code incoming invoices and expenses, ensuring correct allocation to project cost sheets.
• Lead quarterly reconciliations with the finance team to track expenditure accurately.
• Coordinate the onboarding of freelance staff, ensuring all legal and compliance checks (e.g., IR35, right to work) are met.
• Support shoot logistics, including the preparation of call sheets, bookings, and travel arrangements.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in tracking and managing budgets.
• Hands-on familiarity with video production and digital content workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SAP for budget tracking and file management.
• Ability to navigate fast-moving timelines with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Must be able to attend an in-person interview in London.
