What you will do

• Partner with global immigration vendors to support immigration services and compliance.
• Lead recurring and ad hoc HR compliance and workforce audit reports, including AAP, EEO-1, ADA, and VETS-4212.
• Collaborate with HRIS to define reporting requirements, validate data integrity, and ensure audit readiness.
• Maintain and update HR policies to ensure alignment with labor laws and internal governance standards.
• Conduct periodic internal audits to validate adherence to employment laws and ensure I-9 compliance.
• Develop and deliver compliance training for HR teams and communicate policy updates across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Compliance or a related HR function.
• Experience with AAP/EEO reporting and federal contractor compliance.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (OFCCP, EEOC, ADA).
• Must be based in the United States.
