What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of four Cash Application Specialists.
• Oversee daily cash application processes and ensure accurate reconciliation with bank statements.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for complex payment issues and discrepancies.
• Review and approve team activities to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate with AR, Brand Payments, and IT to resolve system and payment issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cash application or accounts receivable with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with payment reversals, credit memos, and high-volume processing.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
