What you will do

• Conduct proactive collections activities to minimize accounts receivable delinquency.
• Contact customers via phone and email to negotiate payment arrangements for overdue invoices.
• Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies by collaborating with internal sales and billing teams.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection interactions and payment commitments.
• Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify high-risk accounts.
• Provide regular progress reports on collection trends and outstanding issues to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounts receivable collections or credit control.
