Location: Must be based in or able to work from Cape Town, South Africa (Hybrid/Remote options available depending on team requirements).

What you will do
- Own and optimize Apple Search Ads and Google Ads performance for both app and web campaigns.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research for ASO and paid search to inform metadata and creative strategy.
- Manage and continuously optimize app store assets including icons, screenshots, and videos.
- Plan and execute A/B tests for app store listings to drive conversion rate improvements.
- Monitor app store algorithms and performance trends using attribution and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to align growth goals.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven expertise in ASO strategies and understanding of app store algorithms.
- Solid experience with AppsFlyer, including deep links and deferred deep links.
- Proficiency with ASO and analytics tools such as App Annie, Sensor Tower, or StoreMaven.
- Must be based in South Africa.
Nice to have
- Experience in crypto, fintech, or online trading platforms.
- Prior ASO experience specifically across African markets.
