Salary: $1,500 – $2,000 per month

What you will do

• Transform design mockups into fully responsive, high-performance websites using Webflow or WordPress.
• Own site architecture, including XML sitemaps, redirects, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
• Execute technical and local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile management and legal schema implementation.
• Conduct high-intent keyword research and optimize content to meet E-E-A-T and YMYL standards.
• Run CRO experiments on intake forms and conversion paths to maximize case generation.
• Analyze performance data via GA4 and Google Search Console to prioritize growth roadmaps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience at the intersection of web design and SEO.
• Proven track record of building conversion-focused websites on Webflow or WordPress.
• Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and local SEO strategies.
• Ability to manage web launches and migrations independently.
• Must be available to work 9am - 6pm EST.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketing for law firms or high-intent local services.
• Familiarity with legal intake tools, CRMs, and call-tracking platforms.
• Proficiency in custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
