IT Global Cyber Initiative Senior Analyst (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Support enterprise cybersecurity initiatives across corporate, manufacturing, operational technology, and regional IT environments.
• Monitor project milestones, timelines, dependencies, adoption metrics, dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and program reporting.
• Communicate cybersecurity program progress and value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support training, awareness, knowledge-sharing, and change management activities.
• Identify security gaps and contribute to continuous improvement, policies, standards, procedures, and security designs.
• Prepare leadership updates and build partnerships across global regions and functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Information Technology experience.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, controls, and best practices.
• Experience in Identity and Access Management, Network Segmentation, Vulnerability Management, Asset Management, or Detection and Response.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support change initiatives.
• Experience working with diverse global teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of OT, cloud technologies, AI, and automation.
• Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or GICSP.
• Teaching, coaching, or mentoring experience.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity programs in manufacturing or global enterprise environments.
• Ability to influence and build alignment without direct authority.
