What you will do

• Interpret and apply IT Risk policies, standards, and control requirements across technology teams.
• Support the implementation, maintenance, and testing of IT controls.
• Perform and coordinate Test of Design (ToD) and Test of Operational Effectiveness (ToE) activities.
• Track and monitor risk issues, remediation activities, and maintain risk monitoring dashboards.
• Collaborate with Information & Operational Risk, Audit, Security, and Technology teams.
• Support Detailed Risk Assessments and Business Impact Analysis activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Accountancy, Business Management, Economics, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT Risk, IT Audit, Information Technology, or Risk Management.
• Understanding of IT Governance principles, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Change Management.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Must be based in Manila to support a hybrid work setup.

Nice to have

• Exposure to security monitoring, patch management, or operational resilience.
• Experience working within a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with compliance, internal controls, or audit programs.
