What you will do

• Lead security initiatives from concept through implementation and operational handover.
• Translate security policies, standards, and risk requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Partner with DevOps teams, engineers, and product owners to embed security into everyday delivery.
• Support vulnerability management, security hardening, monitoring, penetration testing, application security testing, and firewall rule reviews.
• Drive local and global security programs supporting regulatory and security requirements.
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of security initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience driving initiatives from planning through execution.
• Security engineering expertise combined with stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of modern engineering environments and DevOps practices.
• Ability to simplify complex security challenges and develop actionable solutions.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and delivery mindset.
• Passion for continuous improvement, automation, and innovation.
