What you will do
- Lead security initiatives from concept through implementation and operational handover.
- Translate security policies, standards, and risk requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Partner with DevOps teams, engineers, and product owners to embed security into delivery.
- Support vulnerability management, security hardening, security monitoring, penetration testing, application security testing, and firewall rule reviews.
- Drive local and global security programs supporting regulatory and cybersecurity requirements.
- Track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of security initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience driving initiatives from planning through execution.
- Security engineering expertise combined with stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of modern engineering environments and DevOps practices.
- Ability to simplify complex security challenges and develop actionable solutions.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and commitment to continuous improvement and automation.
Nice to have
- CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA certification.
