AV/IT Project Manager (Consulting)

Location: London or Munich. Significant travel required (up to 50%) across EMESA and intercontinentally.

What you will do

• Partner with meeting owners to design and deploy AV/IT technology tailored to specific meeting goals and agendas.
• Manage the full lifecycle of event technology delivery, from initial planning to on-site execution.
• Collaborate with external venues and established AV partners to source hardware and technical support.
• Coordinate with internal IT, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure technical alignment and flawless execution.
• Contribute to the development and maturation of event execution operations to enable global scalability.
• Provide on-site IT partnership and attendee support during hybrid and in-person events.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in a global IT organization, preferably within professional services.
• Proven track record of delivering technical AV/IT outcomes for large-scale events.
• Strong project management experience across the full event lifecycle.
• Technical proficiency in laptop imaging, break-fix support, and general attendee technical support.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including wireless networks, VPNs, and SSIDs.
• Ability to travel consistently (up to 50%), including weekends, primarily across EMESA with occasional intercontinental trips.
