What you will do

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for accounting and financial reporting processes.
• Design automated reconciliation processes between source systems and ERP to reduce manual workload.
• Optimize the month-end close cycle by automating manual data manipulation and fixing upstream data quality issues.
• Develop operational reporting for credit control, working capital, and revenue operational reconciliation.
• Ensure the accuracy, traceability, and auditability of financial data inputs.
• Collaborate with Finance Systems to maintain alignment between source systems and ERP structures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics.
• Strong SQL skills, including window functions, CTEs, and experience with large transactional datasets.
• Solid understanding of accounting processes such as close cycle, revenue recognition, and working capital.
• Ability to translate complex accounting requirements into technical data specifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or an Analytics-related field.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience working with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Proficiency in Python.
• AAT, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional certifications.
• Knowledge of an additional European language.
