What you will do

• Own the financial reporting and forecasting suite (sales, revenue, KPIs) using BI and EPM tools.
• Define business logic and semantic layers for financial and business analytics.
• Support the Global Head of Financial Analytics in strategy, roadmap planning, and AI/ML integration.
• Manage the squad backlog, refine requirements, and lead sprint ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Coach and mentor a team of financial analysts and a data engineer to foster technical growth.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering squads to ensure efficient data ingestion and modeling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Financial or Business Analytics with a background in Accounting/Finance.
• Proven experience in Product Ownership or Squad Leadership.
• Expertise in SQL and Tableau.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Analytics.
• English: Fluent proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Certification in CIMA, ACCA, or CFA.
• Experience with EPM platforms such as Pigment or Anaplan.
• Proficiency in an additional European language.
