What you will do

• Maintain and update forecasting and budget models across planning cycles, including data pulls, formula logic, and version control.
• Prepare and validate inputs for planning tools (Planful) and support rolling forecasts by refreshing data and updating model inputs.
• Run scenario and sensitivity analyses and manage logistics for Budget, Reforecast, and rolling forecast cycles (templates, trackers, timelines).
• Lead ad hoc deep dives by pulling and structuring data, identifying trends and patterns, and presenting findings with clear narratives.
• Query, transform, and validate large datasets in Databricks using production-quality SQL; ensure reliable, well-documented data definitions and model logic.
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive work and improve daily analytical workflows; flag and resolve data quality issues cross-functionally.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in business analytics, revenue planning, FP&A, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking to connect historical trends to future implications and provide proactive recommendations.
• Production-quality SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with Databricks, with the autonomy to work independently.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex models, scenario analysis, and large datasets.
• Clear communication skills to translate findings into plain language and decision-ready outputs.
• Active AI tools user (or readiness to adopt AI tools as part of daily work).
