What you will do

• Partner with Corporate Finance on capital structures, financing, and repatriation strategies.
• Provide expert tax advice on complex commercial projects, including permanent establishment and transfer pricing.
• Lead tax workstreams on mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and restructuring initiatives.
• Manage tax audits, disputes, and controversy matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drive continuous improvement in tax governance, reporting, and technology-enabled processes.
• Influence senior stakeholders and translate complex tax technical matters into commercial recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or Tax.
• Professional qualification such as ICAEW, ICAS, or CIOT.
• Demonstrable progressive international tax experience in a multinational or advisory environment.
• Extensive knowledge of UK direct tax and international tax regimes.
• Strong experience with transfer pricing, M&A transactions, and tax due diligence.
• Ability to communicate complex tax issues clearly to senior stakeholders.
