What you will do

• Define and drive the roadmap and success metrics for global payment capabilities, including pay-ins, payouts, routing, and settlement.
• Evaluate, select, and manage external payment partners and vendors based on reliability, cost, and geographic coverage.
• Lead end-to-end product requirements for API-based partner integrations, including transaction status flows and webhooks.
• Optimize payment performance to improve authorization rates, processing speed, and overall customer experience.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure products meet AML, sanctions, and data privacy obligations globally.
• Integrate emerging technologies such as AI and stablecoins into real-world financial systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial services.
• 3+ years in a senior or principal-level product role.
• Deep expertise in pay-ins, payouts, FX, settlement, and cross-border money movement.
• Proven experience managing and integrating external payment processors and banking partners.
• Strong technical proficiency in API-based integrations and data flows.
• Must be based in Canada.
