Principal Product Manager – Risk & Compliance (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for risk and compliance tools including KYC/KYB, AML, and sanctions screening.
• Translate complex global regulatory requirements (FinCEN, Fintrac, OFAC, etc.) into scalable product features and processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, Legal, and Operations to implement compliance-by-design solutions.
• Evaluate and manage third-party compliance vendors and data integration APIs.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor operational risk, fraud trends, and compliance performance.
• Optimize compliance processes to ensure a frictionless customer experience while meeting regulatory obligations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management.
• 3+ years of specialized experience in risk, compliance, or fraud within payments or fintech.
• Deep knowledge of AML/CFT, sanctions, fraud, and data privacy regulations.
• Strong technical acumen and experience working with data pipelines and engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Finance (MBA preferred).
