What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end content pipelines from commission to publication, identifying and resolving blockers to keep programmes on track.
• Develop e-learning modules using Articulate Rise and perform light HTML editing for web and email content.
• Draft content and conduct first-pass quality reviews to ensure scientific accuracy and alignment with behaviour change principles.
• Assemble and deploy patient engagement communications, managing the flow of content throughout the patient journey.

Requirements

• Degree in health, life sciences, or a related field.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and basic HTML.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and production schedules with review dependencies.
• High attention to detail for verifying scientific claims, statistics, and visual design guidelines.
• Must be based in the UK for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare or regulated content.
• Background in email marketing or patient communications.
• Exposure to localization or translation coordination.
