What you will do

• Lead the development of original, social-first creative concepts and campaign platforms.
• Write compelling copy across all social formats, including scripts, headlines, captions, and reactive content.
• Define and evolve a distinctive brand voice that remains consistent across platforms and cultural moments.
• Collaborate with designers, motion creatives, and producers to ensure high-quality, platform-native execution.
• Identify and act on creative opportunities within community conversations and live cultural trends.
• Mentor junior creatives and maintain high standards of conceptual and verbal craft.

Requirements

• Must be based in London or able to work from the London office 4 days per week.
• Significant experience in a creative, social, or digital agency environment.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating social-first copy, campaign thinking, and platform-native storytelling.
• Deep understanding of audience behavior on TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to present creative ideas to senior stakeholders.
• English proficiency: C1 level required.

• Experience leading creative development for global or large-scale brands.
• Strong understanding of content production, motion, and design workflows.
