What you will do

• Produce social-first creative for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube to drive organic growth.
• Lead end-to-end production of shoots, from lo-fi reactive content to high-production assets.
• Develop original creative concepts that push brand boundaries and challenge the obvious.
• React quickly to cultural trends and platform-specific moments to keep the brand relevant.
• Create scroll-stopping content to bring football and boxing partnerships to life.
• Own the production of headline influencer campaigns from concept to final publishing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end social content creation with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools such as Adobe Suite or CapCut.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube engagement drivers.
• Confidence in leading production and operating cameras beyond mobile devices.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work hybridly from the St Albans office.
