Salary: £59,966 to £67,468

What you will do

• Lead content design, strategy, and information architecture across multiple agile teams to ensure services meet user needs.
• Develop and implement organizational content and format strategies in line with industry best practices.
• Line manage and coach senior and junior content designers to improve professional development and content quality.
• Utilize analytics, user feedback, and user research to inform strategic content design decisions.
• Champion and maintain standards for usability, accessibility, and consistency across the service landscape.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate a service-led and user-focused approach into the organization's products.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in designing and publishing user-centered digital content.
• Expert knowledge of UCD principles, accessibility, and usability requirements.
• Proficiency in using analytics and user research to drive content improvements.
• Proven ability to lead content design work in agile, complex, and ambiguous environments.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and establishing content design best practices across teams.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Milton Keynes office for occasional attendance.
