What you will do

• Teach and support automation, no-code, and open source builders through practical how-tos, community engagement, and relationship building.
• Own certified courses and depth education content, then adapt it into short-form content for channels like videos, livestreams, blogs, meetups, and social.
• Run the full education funnel from awareness to activation, improving sign-ups and proficiency through structured learning paths.
• Enable partners to deliver via co-marketing and curriculum opportunities with the partner team.
• Maintain an accuracy bar for instructions and technical guidance to protect reputation.
• Track success metrics (completion, certification pass rates, proficiency gains) and iterate initiatives based on results.
• Design learning outcomes: set objectives, scaffold from first touch to proficiency, and build practice and assessment to prove capability.

Requirements

• 5+ years working in tech, with 2+ years in Developer Relations or Developer Education.
• Experience teaching and building community across channels such as YouTube, short-form video, courses, blogs, meetups, and public speaking/events.
• Strong teaching mindset: empathetic, inclusive, warm, enthusiastic, and motivated by helping people learn.
• Passion for automation, no-code, and/or open source.
• Ability to build real hirify.global workflows and spot errors to ensure instruction accuracy.
• Comfortable building and communicating as a mentor and communicator.

Nice to have

• Experience with instructional design, assessment writing, or certification programs.
