What you will do

• Lead cross-functional, matrix teams delivering customer services engagements and technology initiatives.
• Create, maintain, and track project plans, schedules, milestones, status, and performance metrics.
• Drive project execution within schedule and budget constraints while maintaining technical and commercial accountability.
• Identify bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and resolve critical delivery issues.
• Manage resource allocation across engineering teams and coordinate with technical leads, account teams, sales, field, and services teams.
• Communicate project status and negotiate with customers and hirify.global management.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in technical project management or engineering leadership.
• Experience leading services engagements and initiatives involving specialized engineering requests such as Analog, SoC, Verification, or Package/Board design.
• Ability to manage multiple complex, concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and technical communication skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• Background in IC design, SoC verification, RTL, or IP development.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
