Senior Project Manager

TL;DR

Senior Project Manager (IT transformation/Azure & Cybersecurity): Drive end-to-end delivery of IT transformation and integration projects in Azure Cloud and cybersecurity with an accent on project governance, cross-functional coordination, and compliance in complex enterprise environments. Focus on solving delivery challenges using both Waterfall and Agile approaches, managing risks and stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.

Location: Hybrid from Gdańsk, Gdynia, Łódź, or Warszawa (2/3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 1000–1200 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Initiate, plan, and deliver transformation and integration projects in Azure cloud and cybersecurity domains
• Own the full project lifecycle (scope, plan, budget, risks, stakeholders)
• Deliver projects using both Waterfall and Agile approaches depending on the project
• Run Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery where appropriate
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, cloud, business, and security
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity and compliance requirements, and provide reporting and risk management to stakeholders

Requirements

• PMI certification (CAPM or preferred PMP)
• Strong experience delivering projects using both Waterfall and Agile
• Proven experience as a sole Project Manager on IT projects
• Experience in IT transformation/integration projects
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of Cloud and Cybersecurity domains (e.g., firewalls, proxy, DLP, IAM, network security, Azure cloud architecture)
