What you will do

• Manage seasonal costing via PLM systems, conducting weekly analysis and supplier negotiations to meet targets.
• Own price lists across channels and support margin analysis and price scenario modelling.
• Lead product order placement by consolidating cross-channel order books and analyzing MOQs and lead times.
• Collaborate with designers and product developers to implement cost-reduction and margin improvement strategies.
• Lead pre-season material forecasting to support production timelines.
• Manage supplier relationships across Europe, Asia, and Turkey, ensuring ethical practices and transparent data.

Requirements

• Proven experience in apparel costing and sourcing.
• Extensive knowledge of sourcing regions, specifically Europe, Asia, and Turkey.
• Ability to translate tech packs, BOMs, and material details into actionable sourcing strategies.
• Experience with PLM/ERP systems such as Centric, WFX, Backbone, or Business Central.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple seasons in parallel.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Head Office in Greater Manchester for hybrid work.
