What you will do

• Perform cold calls and sales outreach to prospective clients to promote recruitment services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with directors, line managers, and key decision-makers.
• Source, screen, and recruit high-quality candidates for professional sector roles.
• Meet daily targets and KPIs to achieve monetary and performance goals.
• Handle compliance tasks, draft reports, and participate in internal projects.
