Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working model with flexible working hours.

Salary: £32,000–£40,000 in the first year, plus commission.

What you will do

• Make cold and business development calls to prospective clients and sell recruitment services.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment teams, directors, line managers, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with in-house recruitment professionals and hiring managers.
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for professional-sector roles.
• Prepare reports, maintain compliance, and contribute to internal projects.
• Work toward daily targets and KPIs while developing commission-based earnings.
