Location: Bristol office, with hybrid working available; covering Wiltshire and Swindon

Salary: £27,937–£33,000 per year plus uncapped commission

• Manage the recruitment process from taking the brief through offer negotiation.
• Develop specialist knowledge of the finance recruitment market.
• Meet performance targets and contribute to desk growth and profitability.
