Integration Team Lead (Underwater Robotics)

What you will do

• Lead the Integration Team responsible for assembling, testing, and commissioning remotely operated underwater vehicles and supporting equipment.
• Plan team activities to meet customer specifications, project requirements, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Support product testing and verify complete system functionality, including auxiliary equipment.
• Provide offsite, offshore, and customer commissioning support when required.
• Lead fault finding and equipment repair, ensuring faults and issues are reported appropriately.
• Interpret engineering information and electrical drawings to assemble and test working assemblies and prototypes.

Requirements

• Previous team leadership experience is essential.
• Ability to lead a fast-paced production area and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Minimum HNC/HND qualification, preferably in Electronics.
• Good knowledge of fibre optic termination, equipment, and testing.
• Successful candidates must complete workforce screening, security checks, working-rights verification, and a security interview.
