What you will do

• Hold personal FCA Senior Manager accountability (SMF16/SMF17) for compliance oversight and AML/CTF across regulated activities.
• Adapt global financial crime risk assessments and AML/CTF policies to the UK product footprint.
• Serve as the primary regulatory contact for the FCA, PSR, and NCA, including approving and filing SARs.
• Advise the local board and UK leadership on compliance risks from new products, markets, or partner arrangements.
• Maintain the Consumer Duty framework and manage the UK open issues register to drive remediation.
• Partner with global Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to embed UK requirements into product and process design.

Requirements

• 10+ years of UK financial services compliance/financial crime experience.
• Prior service as an FCA-approved Senior Manager (SMF16/17) or demonstrable readiness for approval.
• Deep knowledge of Money Laundering Regulations 2017, JMLSG Guidance, Payment Services Regulations 2017, and Electronic Money Regulations 2011.
• Direct experience with FCA supervisory engagement and SAR filing with the NCA.
• Experience as a statutory officer or director comfortable carrying personal regulatory accountability.
• Ability to operate within a centrally-designed global compliance platform.
