What you will do

• Build and scale a high-performing team of Product Managers, Designers, and Marketing specialists.
• Define the long-term vision and product roadmap for acquisition touchpoints, including website, registration, and KYC/AML flows.
• Institutionalize advanced experimentation and conversion optimization frameworks.
• Partner with GM, Engineering, and Regional leads to drive ROI-focused backlog decisions.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle for the growth domain to ensure rapid, scalable deployment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2C digital or fintech platforms.
• 4+ years of direct people management experience leading product teams.
• Deep expertise in optimizing high-stakes, regulated user onboarding (KYC/AML) funnels.
• Strong analytical skills in funnel diagnostics, unit economics, and ROI-driven frameworks.
• Proven ability to align C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams in fast-scaling environments.
