Senior Consultant, Senior Project Management - Real World Evidence, Pharma & Healthcare (Real-World Evidence): Designing and delivering real-world evidence studies, research projects, client proposals, and scientific outputs for pharmaceutical and healthcare stakeholders with an accent on study methodology, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and project management. Focus on developing evidence frameworks, interpreting healthcare data, presenting findings to clients, and coordinating research activities across Portugal.
Location: Porto Salvo, Portugal; the role requires approximately 20% travel within Portugal.

What you will do
- Contribute to study design, methodology development, protocols, reports, and project deliverables.
- Develop innovative frameworks and solutions for pharmaceutical and healthcare client problems.
- Analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative real-world data from databases and registries.
- Conduct primary and secondary research, workshops, moderated discussions, and client meetings.
- Prepare presentations, abstracts, and manuscripts for scientific conferences and journals.
- Support project management, client management, proposals, and responses to client RFPs.
Requirements
- Master’s, PhD, or MBA in a relevant health sciences field; clinical qualifications such as MD, PharmD, or NP are advantageous.
- Fluent Portuguese and English are required.
- More than 2 years of project management experience in real-world evidence, real-world data, clinical operations, epidemiology, or a related area.
- Experience in healthcare consultancy, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, academic or government research, or health services research.
- Understanding of clinical research theory and practical research project implementation in Portugal.
- Strong analytical, communication, writing, problem-solving, prioritization, and time-management skills; proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

- Experience conducting analyses in databases or registries.
- Clinical qualifications and experience in preparing scientific publications.
