What you will do

• Oversee the full payroll cycle for Norwegian clients, including data entry and tax reporting.
• Prepare bank files and calculate vacation pay with high precision.
• Handle complex payroll queries and provide expert support to clients.
• Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and implement technological improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Finnish employment laws and payroll regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing the full payroll cycle.
• Finnish: C2 proficiency required.
• English: B2 proficiency required.
• Solid understanding of Finnish employment laws and payroll regulations.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and service quality.
• Must be based in Spain.
