Solutions Associate (SaaS): Supporting the deployment of an AI-native procurement platform for enterprise clients with an accent on product configuration and data preparation. Focus on ensuring customer success through sophisticated workflow implementation and achieving deployment milestones.

Location: Hybrid (London). Must be in-person Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Salary: £33K – £55K + Equity

What you will do

• Support S&I Leads with product configuration and data preparation for enterprise customers.
• Deploy the hirify.global platform and strategic modules to ensure meaningful customer value.
• Become a product expert in building workflows and developing new use cases.
• Coordinate with S&I leads to drive towards launch and achieve deployment milestones.
• Transition into customer-facing consulting and project management roles within 12-24 months.

Requirements

• Up to 3 years of professional experience in fast-paced environments (consulting, startups, or top-tier internships).
• Proven track record of exceptional performance in academia or professional work.
• Tech-savvy ability to master new products and tools quickly.
• High level of organization and extreme attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and professional presentation.
