What you will do

• Generate and manage all personnel documentation, including employment contracts and addendums.
• Maintain and update employee data within the colorful.hr personnel administration system.
• Process employment contract changes and manage OHS and medical check procedures.
• Facilitate the onboarding process by presenting terms and conditions to new hires.
• Handle physical and electronic personnel files while ensuring data confidentiality.
• Prepare and deliver HR-specific reports as required by the business.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR administration or personnel management.
• Strong knowledge of Romanian labour legislation and HR processes.
• Fluency in Romanian and English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience with HR systems and managing personnel files.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
