Total Rewards Specialist (Compensation & Benefits): Building and maintaining compensation analytics, pay frameworks, review cycles, benchmarking, and benefits programs across international hubs with an accent on data-driven decision-making, pay transparency, and benefits effectiveness. Focus on designing compensation ranges and bonus schemes, analyzing pay gaps, automating recurring processes with AI, and managing benefits budgets and renewals.
Location: Remote from Ukraine, Armenia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, or Romania

What you will do
- Build and maintain compensation analytics and reporting for leadership and HR business partners.
- Maintain compensation ranges across hubs, new locations, and cooperation models.
- Run compensation review cycles, including matrices, budget models, scenario costing, system settings, and compensation statements.
- Conduct market benchmarking, analyze survey data, determine market positioning, and provide recommendations.
- Support EU Pay Transparency implementation through pay gap analysis and action planning.
- Design bonus schemes, manage benefits renewals and budgets, prepare vendor and procurement materials, and automate recurring analytics with AI.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Compensation & Benefits roles and a deep understanding of compensation frameworks and benefits management.
- Experience implementing compensation and benefits practices for international markets.
- Strong skills in collecting, validating, analyzing, and interpreting data and communicating complex findings clearly.
- Experience with market research and benchmarking for compensation and benefits.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and Google Presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver them successfully on time.
